When will I receive my order?

Your order is very important to us! Most orders typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days for domestic shipping within the U.S. or 8 to 16 business days for international shipping. Please note that occasional delays may occur during peak seasons. If your order doesn’t arrive immediately, don’t worry—it’s on its way! Also, keep in mind that we process orders within 24 hours. What is my Tracking Number?

Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your package is shipped. If you haven’t received it within 2 days, please don’t hesitate to contact our friendly customer service team for assistance!

Will I be charged for customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our website are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

What if I provided the wrong address?

It’s important that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as it is the buyer’s responsibility. We work hard to process and ship orders quickly, so there is a small window to make any address changes. If you realize there is an error, please contact us at hello@luximi-fashion.com as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to update the address for you, though we cannot guarantee it due to the limited time frame for changes.

If it is too late for our team to make changes on your order, the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to us, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.
